My body was like aching all over. This few days I had been swimming just to train my arms because rock climbing needs your arm power. Tomorrow I will go and swim again because each session of one and half hour seems not enough for me.
When you swim, it actually excercise out every part of your body and trains your lungs to take in more air. It was really strenous for someone who didn't swim for such a very long time. To get the best results is to swim everyday. That was what I had observed last year. I went for swim for at least a month, everyday. The plus side is that you can get flat tummy fast.
So basically good for those who wants to show off their abs. If you wonder, I'm a little bit shy to show off unlike those models on the beach. Alright I have to sleep now, I need the rest for tomorrow swim. Tata....
