I didn't have a good night sleep yesterday. I just couldn't find out the reason why. Probably it is due to the bed's fault or is it the pillow or is it just me. I don't know.
Oh... the girls came over for quicky dinner yesterday after our master Chef Jimmy, Aaron and Yh made a sumptious meal for them...hahahaha what did I do, I plain helper nothing much than an Ahmad. hhahaha..
I really do hope the girls enjoyed our meal especially when they are cooked with love. Hhahahahaah. Erm...if you are wondering why we are doing this is because they had treated us with home cooked dinner too. In fact, for twice at that.
Of course there are silly times where they would want their rice to be halved or just plain complaining that they had eaten too much. We still have so much fun together.
It wasn't that bad for them to have a stint with us for
month week and I tell you guys it has nothing to do more than just being a host to them. I felt it is a sense of obligation to help these poor souls who had none to turn to. They also complained that they had to fend for themselves during yesterday lunch when we had ours with our company's key personnels.
They had to be quick to adjust themselves here because we also had troubles adjusting to the environment here. The fact is we are leaving tomorrow. I really felt sorry for them as they could only depend on each other and learn the ropes that we once had.
Fret not, I think the boys will keep in contact with them when we will be in Singapore...hahhahahah. I really can't wait to go back to meet my darling...cat...hahahaha...
This shall be my last post in Chennai...
Reflection:
Chennai has many ordeals and especially to us young guys have to fend ourselves in a foreign land. The horrible traffic, the filthy streets and hordes of tamilians shall be remembered.
I also couldn't forget our friend Shannon and Bridget who has been non-stopping helping us appreciating this place even more. Their sincerity cannot even be bought and even thousand thanks doesn't seem enough. We are really in debt of gratitude towards this couple.
Finally, experiencing Chennai can be overwhelming and super tall order. With nothing at hand, we were struggling to adjust and adapt to the environment here. Without Shannon and wife Bridget, I couldn't possibly survive by my own.
This is a heck of Incredible India.
