My ex-TL was warded for sore and swollen legs. I had just visited her today and she was a bit better. Her legs still swollen with bruises and her arms are covered with rashes due to medicine complication.
After the visit, OO drop us at bishan mrt. He was there together with CO to visit my ex-TL. As usual, they talk about work and stuff which I was never interested in listening. What caught my surprise is that she never opted to stay in air conditioned ward. Surprising. Yeah!
I went around town with Edwin and his girlfriend. Kinda akward walking with them. I felt that I spoiled their day. Well, I was basically trying to get some books but Kinokuniya seemed to take its very own sweet time to get the books. Edwin wanted to buy something with $260 that our division is giving out to every officer in Echo. It'll be wasted if no one use it.
Wondering around Taka and we even managed to get a glimspe of The New Face 2007 runaway. The show was okay but there was one of the models have her slippers slipped off during the walk. Ouch! Lots of guest stars. We didn't stay long as Edwin and I was tired so we decided to head home for early rest.
Tomorrow is the last day of fasting, meaning that Hari Raya will be coming soon. I have already rented a red-plate car for $180 bucks. I don't know if it is worth it or not. That I don't want to know because whatever negative comments, I might not be able to take it.
Finally, SC need not to do NPP duties. Phew! I don't know about other teams but I'm sure my team will never deploy an SC to do NPP duties. That was a very big happy news for me. CO just announced this morning and he told that due to too many mistakes committed by NPPO, he decided that regulars should man the NPP unless unforseen circumstances calls for it. I was glad and Edwin told me that the news came too late.
So expect me to do more FRC duties and probably counter duty. I didn't complain. I wish that I would have Edwin replacement soon. I doubt that the new NPCO would attach to our team. Team B might have a higher chance. Team C and Team A have two, currently, Team D and B have one. Since Team A have a new TL which translate into another one more manpower, that means priority given to Team B.
I don't mind but any deployment which needed SC, I would be called first. That's how it works. I don't want to spoil my festive mood with work. So, to all muslims....
