Yesterday's weather was scorching hot. Even I was inside the car, the aircon could not do much about the heat. It was so unbearable that anyone could die of heatstroke.

Really, I'm not joking. At the maximum of 33 degrees, I suggest everyone to drink plenty of water. For those fasting, drink a lot of water when you have your pre-dawn meal. It helps.

I can't help but to think a lot of my deployment. Firstly, I was in the day shift and I need to stand in the hot sun. Argh...I thought I had enough already. But, thank goodness that I could get to claim off.

I just need to bear all this for another week. Just a week only. God, help me please.

I've already decided to rent a car. It cost me $180. I know it is a lot. I'm wasting money on this part. My family did reject to rent a car because they said that the van that we have would suffice. My reason to rent a car is so that I could improve my driving. Lame reason? I don't think so. The real reason is so that I could have the comfort. With today's weather and the next few days, the weather won't be so merciful.

The Force Orders will come out soon. That means, I'm on my way to promotion. Yipee! That's not all. My brother has been enlisted to Police Academy like me.Hahaha. I couldn't resist to laugh when I learned about it.

He was hoping to get into the Army. Seriously, in army, is just pure torture. Just look at my cousin, he loved being the army boy and now, he was dreading it. Although the Academy is quite far, it is in Choa Chu Kang to be exact, the training was adequate and sensible. I'm not saying Army's training quite disturbing. Just that it was a bit too much.

Futhermore, nowadays NS people should have at least an O level or a A level or even Diploma to qualify for immediate promotion.
