Term 2 started with nothing much of a fanfare. It is already the 4th week into the second term and projects are pouring in.
It is still manageable but I can see stress looming in. Besides busy with my school work, I have been accompanying my cousin to see car roadshows as he wishes to buy a new car. Hoping to see the COE drop by end of February, my cousin wanted to buy an affordable car.
The fun part is that, I get to drive it too. Even though I have my father's car to drive, his would be Honda Stream. His wife likes Honda Stream too. It's just a matter of time. I know $65000 odd is not a small sum. With his good financial judgement, he could afford with less hassle.
Saving money is another issue for me. I haven't been saving quite a lot around this time. It is really frustrating to save $10 everyday when my daily transportation expenses make up a huge component of my allowance given.
I tried to avoid those little snacks like Mr Bean's pancake and a cup of soy bean. It costs $2. I rather chose something like Chicken Rice or Spaghetti that makes me full.
I will try to save at least $100 a month just to cover my transport allowance. Hopefully.
